14th Annual Texas Hold’em Tournament
The Annual DASA Charity Texas Hold’em Tournament benefits DASA Athletes traveling to Junior Nationals each July where they compete in Archery, Boccia, Swimming, and Track & Field.
Why is Junior Nationals Important?
Adaptive Sports USA – Move United Junior Nationals is a weeklong national sport championship event for young athletes with a physical disability and/or visual impairment through the age of 22.
This championship week is a way for young athletes to showcase their abilities through sport and to promote physical activity and socialization. It also provides an opportunity for individuals to advance in the athlete pipeline that may lead competing at the international level and in the Paralympic Games.
