National Adaptive Sports & Fitness Conference
Hosted by the Disabled Athlete Sports Association
Please check back for updates and details on sessions, registration, hotel accommodations, and presenter opportunities.
This national training, education, and networking opportunity is open to all Physical Education teachers, coaches, professionals, and students involved in or who want to learn more about recreational and competitive sports that are available to athletes with physical and visual disabilities.
Continuing Education Units (CEU)
Every year, a “Certificate of Attendance” is offered to all National Adaptive Sports & Fitness Conference attendees wanting CEUs. The University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), a Higher Learning Commissions (HLC) accredited institution, following the International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET) Standards, will be issuing these certificates.
Although these CEU’s are not pre-approved, The National Adaptive Sports Conference Committee has carefully followed all of UCO’s Continuing Education Guidelines in order to make this option credible. It is up to the attendee to keep all conference material as supportive documentation.
(Note: NCTRC does not offer pre-approved CEUs. NCTRC suggests following the IACET continuing education guidelines, and CEU’s would be credible. These guidelines are what UCO follows as an HLC accredited institution, as noted above.)
Registration Fees
We offer student, early bird, general, one day, single session, and CEU certification registration options. These options, along with the schedule of events, will be published as we get closer to the Conference date. Please check back.
