If you are an individual with a physical disability, a family member, or a caregiver who is interested in athletic and rehabilitative programs for yourself or a loved one, and you live near St. Louis or Columbia, Missouri, you’re in the right place. The Disabled Athlete Sports Association helps physically disabled, hearing and/or vision-impaired individuals live healthy, active lives through fitness, sports, and athletics. We welcome you to participate and become a DASA athlete!

Who is Eligible to Participate?

DASA works with cognitively age-appropriate individuals 5 years of age and older, including military veterans and injured first responders, living with permanent physical, visual, and hearing disabilities who have difficulty leading an independent life and participating in sports with their non-disabled peers.

DASA empowers people of all ages who have:

  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Spinal Cord Injury
  • Spina Bifida
  • Muscular Dystrophy
  • Amputation
  • Deaf or Hard of Hearing
  • Visual Impairment

As part of the DASA family, we know you will discover new abilities and confidence through sports and adaptive training. Whether you’re interested in rehabilitation, athletics, or both, we are here to help you achieve your goals and live your dreams. Simply start by following the new athlete form instructions below.
