Strength & Conditioning

Join us for a 30-minute total body strength and high-intensity interval training workout adapted for all abilities. Be ready to sweat and work hard as our gym trainers keep you moving!

  • When: Tuesdays, 6:00pm-6:30pm
  • Dates: 12/1, 12/8, 12/15, 12/22, 1/5, 1/12

Adaptive Yoga

Whether lying on the ground, seated on the floor, seated in a chair or wheelchair, kneeling or standing…EVERYONE can practice yoga! Join DASA yoga instructor, Chelsea, for a fun & relaxing yoga session.

  • When: Wednesdays: 6:00pm-6:45pm
  • Dates: 12/2, 12/16, 1/6

Winter Zoom Jam

December 9 at 6:00-6:45PM

Come socialize with all your DASA friends, play fitness games, and end the night with a dance party.

Winter Wonderland

Join us for a night of winter fun! Snow-themed fitness, a snowflake craft & lots of holiday cheer!

Winter DASA-lympics

Everyone loves a little friendly competition! Join us for a night of minute-to-win-it games! Who is going to bring home the gold?!

Who is Eligible to Participate?

DASA works with cognitively age-appropriate individuals 5 years of age and older, including military veterans and injured first responders, living with permanent physical, visual, and hearing disabilities who have difficulty leading an independent life and participating in sports with their non-disabled peers.

DASA empowers people of all ages who have:

  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Spinal Cord Injury
  • Spina Bifida
  • Muscular Dystrophy
  • Amputation
  • Deaf or Hard of Hearing
  • Visual Impairment
  • Neuromuscular/Orthopedic Conditions

Registration is a Must

Please register for each event using our special registration form available on November 23rd. We need you to register.

We encourage all of our athletes from around St. Louis, St. Charles, and Columbia, MO, to join us for any of these events. We can’t wait to see you and inspire each other with fun, laughter, and physical movement, and get fit! Register 11/23.
