BULL’S EYE is the name of the game! Learn the skills and technique needed to get that bull’s eye every time! Adaptive equipment available.

  • When: Sundays
    • Development: 6:00pm-6:30pm
    • Intermediate: 6:45pm-7:15pm
    • Advanced: 7:30pm-8:00pm
  • Dates: 1/24-3/7
  • Where: The St. Louis Bow Hunters Archery Club, 301 Tecumseh St, St. Charles, MO.
  • Cost: $35


Boccia is a game of strategy and accuracy. The sport is played on a flat, smooth surface, where players must throw or roll colored balls as close as possible to a white target ball, known as the “jack.” The player, pair or team with the most balls near the jack is the winner.

  • When: Thursdays, 6:45pm-7:45pm
  • Dates: 1/28-3/11
  • Where: The DASA Box (INSIDE Mid Rivers Mall, next to the Ability Gym)
  • Cost: $35

Movement-Based Training (Virtual)

Our Movement-Based Training class includes exercises as well as gross motor games each week. This is a 30-minute fun workout focusing on motor skills, body awareness, and proprioceptive input. This class is open to all abilities.

  • When: Wednesdays, 6:00pm-6:30 pm
  • Dates: 1/27-3/10
  • Where: From the comfort of your own home. It’s virtual!
  • Cost: $35

Rock Climbing

Adaptive Rock Climbing is an amazing sport for our athletes. At DASA, we make sure that every kid can make it to the top! We have experienced rock climbers making sure this activity is completely safe for our athletes and volunteers.

  • When: Tuesdays, 6:00pm-7:30pm
  • Dates: 1/26-3/9
  • Where: Upper Limits in Maryland Heights, 1874 Lackland Hill Pkwy, St. Louis, MO 63146.
  • Cost: $90 for the entire session; $18/class

*Must have a minimum of 5 athletes registered.

Sled Hockey – Recreation

This program is for Jr and Adult beginning & developing players, not for competition players.

  • When: Sundays, 10:00am-11:00am
  • Dates: 1/24-3/7
  • Where: Wentzville Ice Arena, 910 Main Plaza Dr, Wentzville, MO
  • Costs: $100

Strength & Conditioning (Virtual)

Join us for a 30-minute total body strength and high-intensity interval training workout adapted for all abilities. Be ready to sweat and work hard as our gym trainers keep you moving!

  • When: Mondays, 6:00pm-6:30pm
  • Dates: 1/25-3/8
  • Where: From the comfort of your own home. It’s virtual!
  • Cost: $35

Swimming Lessons

Learn to swim with one-on-one instruction. Each night will have 2 different sessions (6:00-6:45 & 6:45-7:30).

  • Monday classes are held at The Chesterfield Athletic Club, 16625 Swingley Ridge Rd. Chesterfield, MO. Dates: 1/25-3/8
  • Tuesday classes are held at The Chesterfield Athletic Club, 16625 Swingley Ridge Rd. Chesterfield, MO. Dates: 1/26-3/9
  • Wednesday classes are held at the DoubleTree Hotel at Westport 1973 Craigshire Rd St. Louis, MO 63146. Dates: 1/27-3/10
  • Cost: $35


Adaptive Weight Training

Athletes will engage in strength & conditioning stations including weight lifting. This training will prepare the athlete for a future in Para Powerlifting.

Para Powerlifting is open to male and female athletes with physical impairments. The bench press is the sport’s single discipline. Competitors must lower the bar to the chest, hold it motionless on the chest and then press it upwards to arms length with locked elbows. Athletes are given three attempts and the winner is the athlete who lifts the highest number of kilograms.

  • When: Thursdays, 7:00pm-8:00pm
  • Dates: 1/28-3/11
  • Where: The Ability Gym, INSIDE Mid Rivers Mall
  • Cost: $35

Adaptive Yoga (Virtual or In-Person)

EVERYONE can practice yoga! We offer classes lying on the ground, seated on the floor, seated in a chair or wheelchair, kneeling or standing. Classes may be taken virtual or in-person: Register now and decide location later!

  • When: Wednesdays
    • Youth: 5:45pm- 6:30pm
    • Teens: 6:30pm-7:15pm
    • Adults & Veterans: 7:15pm-8:00pm
  • Dates: 1/27-3/10
  • Where: The DASA Box (INSIDE Mid Rivers Mall, next to the Ability Gym) or VIRTUAL
  • Cost: $35

Who is Eligible to Participate?

DASA works with cognitively age-appropriate individuals 5 years of age and older, including military veterans and injured first responders, living with permanent physical, visual, and hearing disabilities who have difficulty leading an independent life and participating in sports with their non-disabled peers.

DASA empowers people of all ages who have:

Please register for each event using our special registration form available on January 11th. We need you to register.

We encourage all of our athletes from around St. Louis, St. Charles, and Columbia, MO, to join us for any of these events. We can’t wait to see you and inspire each other with fun, laughter, and physical movement, and get fit! Register 1/11.
