DASA Summer Camps
Children with physical disabilities come together at our camps and create a fun and engaging social support system. Campers are encouraged to discover their natural abilities through athletic and sensory activities while instilling family values and promoting independence and self-confidence that resonates through all aspects of life.
DASA Summer Camps are well-known for being life-changing and inspiring, not just for the kids, but for the parents and family members of the campers too. We encourage disabled youth to join us and experience new adventures that create independence and lasting memories that go beyond anything they could’ve ever imagined!
Camp WeCanDu
Hosted annually each June, Camp WeCanDu provides an opportunity for local youth with physical disabilities to fully participate in a week-long, traditional summer camp experience loaded with fun activities and friendship. Children living with cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, visual impairments, and many other forms of physical disabilities come together for an unforgettable experience that enhances their ABILITIES and creates social bonds that last a lifetime.
One of our campers, Melody shared what Camp WeCanDu means to her:
“What I love about camp is all the relationships I get to make with people and all the connections I get to make with the people that I meet. It really changes my life when I come here and I feel like I belong just like everyone else. It shows that we’re all unique in our own beautiful ways…Remember that DIFFERENT IS BEAUTIFUL!”
WeiKem Soccer Camp
Hosted annually each July, WeiKem Soccer Camp provides a unified, positive soccer experience where an individual can learn the sport and be on the same “level playing field” as others that are deaf and hard of hearing.

Donations & Sponsors
DASA Summer Camps take a small village to coordinate and run, not to mention the amount of funding needed to ensure every disabled child who wants to attend can do so. Your donations and sponsorships make it all possible.
Please donate and/or become a partner today and help us give kids the best summer camp experience possible while they achieve and revel in the joy of doing “normal” activities that inspire confidence and accentuate their abilities. Thank you for your support of DASA!
